Once upon a time, in the small hamlet of Holbrook, New York, the first born of clan Bonacci was born. She swam before she could walk and climbed trees like a wild cheetah.
Fast forward a few decades, and Ms Bonacci landed at New Futures school after teaching all along Colorado's front range, four years in Colombia, and Moriarty.
I am a former Ironman triathlete (Swim! Bike! Run!), mountain climber, and soccer player. I still hike, camp, create art and music, and do home improvement and gardening.
I am the English department head and I teach English 12, English 11, and Yearbook. (I will find you and I will photograph you!)
I can be bribed with chocolate, but more likely, I can be contacted through my email, classroom phone, or the Bat Signal (but with all the lights in Albuquerque, it may be hard to see!).
