New Futures Dress Code Policy
No student in any APS setting may wear clothing that contains:
- obscene or violent language or images
- depictions of alcohol or drugs or other illegal item or activity
- racist content, hate speech, profanity or pornography
- accessories that could be considered dangerous or used as a weapon
- undergarments may not be worn as outerwear or should not be visible
- hoodies may not cover the face

- 1st Offense Staff/Student Contact* and student will be provided a change of clothes
- 2nd Offense Staff/Student Contact* Administrative/Parent Contact/Conference
- 3rd Offense Staff/Student Contact* Administrative/Parent Contact/Conference and Student Contract
